Consumer Rights
Due to the nature of the RC hobby, many products are used in demanding conditions and are subject to wear, damage, modification, and regular maintenance. For this reason, mechanical and non-electronic items (including engines, rolling chassis, body shells, suspension components, tyres, wheels, gears, bearings, and similar parts) are not supplied with a manufacturer’s warranty, unless explicitly stated in the product listing.
Electronic products (including ESCs, motors, servos, radios, receivers, chargers, and similar items) may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. Any warranty claim is subject to the manufacturer’s terms and inspection of the item.
This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If an item is faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality at the time of delivery, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy as provided by UK law.
Warranty and statutory rights do not cover damage or faults resulting from crashes, misuse, incorrect installation, improper maintenance, modifications, water ingress, overheating, use of incompatible parts, or normal wear and tear.
